Refund policy
At THE AVARAN, we maintain a strict quality control process to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition. Because of this, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Returns or replacements are only issued in the unlikely event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Damages and Issues (10-Day Window) If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a resolution.
To be eligible for a damage claim, you must provide the following proof:

An Unboxing Video: A clear, uncut video showing the original package being opened for the first time, clearly displaying the shipping label and the damaged product inside.

Photographs: Clear, well-lit images highlighting the specific damage or defect.
How to Start a Claim To initiate a damage claim, please email us immediately at theavaran.official@gmail.com with your order number, the unboxing video, and the images attached.
If your claim is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package back to us (if a physical return is required for the specific item). Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval will not be accepted.
Refunds and Replacements We will notify you once we’ve received your claim and inspected the provided evidence to let you know if it was approved.
If approved, we will offer a replacement of the damaged item or issue a refund. If a refund is chosen, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
