Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates We currently ship across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: FREE

  • Estimated Delivery Time (Metro Cities): 3-5 business days

  • Estimated Delivery Time (Rest of India):  5-7 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances with our courier partners or extreme weather conditions.

Premium Packaging & Handling We take immense pride in our unboxing experience. Whether your order contains a single item or a complete set of six, every product is rigorously inspected and securely packed in premium packaging to ensure it withstands transit and arrives at your doorstep in pristine condition.

Shipment Tracking Once your order has dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and a link to track your package live. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

In-Transit Damages We partner with reliable logistics services to handle your items with care. However, if your order arrives damaged, please refer strictly to our Return and Refund Policy. You must report the damage within 10 days of delivery and provide an uncut unboxing video along with clear photographs of the damage to [theavaran.official@gmail.com] to be eligible for a replacement.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or after multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
